We find peace and stillness in nature, which helps to guide our creations. We love finding epic wildlife in its pristine, wild and natural setting. Last summer we adventured deep into the wilderness of Big Sur to explore Upper Salmon Creek and came across some amazing wild tiger lilies that inspired this movie! We then shot some time-lapse while visiting our friends at our new home of Ukiah, California to capture the pristine sky, exposing the gorgeous milky way. Ashland Oregon provided the majestic clouds during our family reunion, and San Simeon, California provided us with an epic multi-colored sunset. San Simeon is very special to us, since it is where we fell in love and Zach Proposed! [Click here to see the Video!]

True Love Always Wins

We are blessed to have worked with such a loving team on this inspiration shoot with a real engaged couple at the amazing Flying Caballos Ranch! So many amazing details here from the custom hand-stamped jewelry from Lisa Leonard to Gourmet Cup Cakes from Enjoy Cupcakes to the sweet feather in her hair from Jessi Skipton! We absolutely loved working with Cameron Ingalls and his associate/team-mate Alexandra, who we are shooting a wedding with this Summer with a lovely couple named Nicole + Gene! We also were able to link up with Christian P who is a local wedding photographer who shares our passion for epic shots in nature! And last but not least, we had a blast hanging out with the amazing Katie Thorpe who inspired love and smiles throughout the day!

Our Honeymoon! | Kauai, Hawaii

We have come a long way in only just over a year! This is why we do what we do, it is such an amazing experience to look back and see our growth and to remember all the joy and fun that we have had! Wendy and I spent almost two weeks on Kauai, the garden island of Hawaii. We spent most of our time relaxing in our hotel, swimming in the ocean and eating all the delicious food (mmm Poke!). But we did make it out for some adventures into the wilderness of Kauai and enjoyed an epic Helicopter ride! We also swam under a couple waterfalls, one was accessed from the Napali Coast and the other was through a kayaking trip up stream and then through pristine rainforest ! We absolutely LOVE Kauai, a true paradise! We want to go back!!
