Jaime + Erik | Highlight Film
Jaime + Erik! Kind, warm and loving souls. We joined them for their Winter Wedding Celebration at the historic Mission San Luis Obispo, followed by their lovely reception in Avila Beach. Jenn Hocker from Allure Events did a great job designing and executing the grand event, including the flowers and the S’Mores zone! Ashley Blake was amazing as always to work with, finding the sweet light and opening everyone up to show their true love inside.

Bill + Kelly | Avila Lighthouse Suites
Getting married on the beach was the dream of Bill and Kelly! They made it happen on August 1st, 2010 in Avila Beach, California at the Avila Lighthouse Suites. Avila is such a good spot to get married since it is south facing which allows it to be warm and protected from the fog which does make an appearance sometimes during the summer!
I had so much fun the whole day, It was kind of hard for me to go home!! At the end of the day Bill & Kelly had become new friends of mine! This was a very special day not only for them, but for me because I was personally getting married three days later on 8/4/2010! We had a lot in common to talk about!
The DJ & Lighting was provided by Kramer Entertainment, Haithem and Ryan were on deck and rocked the dancefloor into the night! Beau Kramer was also the best man for the event, so that was very cool to see everyone working together as friends! Very good vibe !!
Photographs were taken by Chloe and Jake from Mike Larson, Inc. Chloe did an amazing job at directing the photo shoots, and I must give her credit for helping my footage come out so amazing! Thank You! Jake is an amazing photographer as well, a definite master of the Tilt-Shift. We became friends that day and he even let me borrow his super zoom lens for the evening sessions, man I really want to get that lens. For any of you photo geeks out there, it’s the Canon 70-200mm 2.8 IS mk2 ! (About $2600!) [update: I just bought this lens!!! omg its amazing.]
At the end of the day I had made so many new friends who live with me on this amazing place we call home, the beautiful Central Coast of California! A Great “Destination Wedding” Location!!! Come visit and get married!
